Holiday Rental Conditions
|How to book|
You can make your reservation by emailing to email@example.com. A
non-refundable deposit up to 30% is payable at the time of booking. Please note
we cannot guarantee holding a booking for longer than three working days. On
receipt of your appropriate payment we will issue a confirmation document by
email to you.
The prices and information featured on our website are correct at the time of
publication. However, in the event of any online inaccuracy or discrepancy, the
price quoted by email will be the confirmed price for the holiday in question.
All prices are subject to change. Subject to alteration of prices at Easter,
Christmas, New Year etc. All prices are per day and per apartment/Villa. The
remainder must be paid between the booking confirmation, and the last 3 weeks
prior to arrival by cheque or bank transfer to an account designated by us.

Maid service 3 times per week Change of towels twice a week and linen once a

The number of people arriving at the property cannot exceed the people booked
and paid for Additional persons pay 10.00 Euros per day per person Long term
rentals possible from 1. November until 31. March. Minimum 4 weeks Long term
rental prices on inquiry Not included for long term rentals are maid service,
bed linen change and consumer goods (Bin liner, Toilet paper, Detergents etc.).
Should you want to cancel a booking, or any part of your holiday, once it has
been confirmed, you must do so by email. The cancellation will take effect upon
the date of receipt of your email of cancellation by Albugastro Lda.
Cancellation until 30 days before arrival deposit is due Cancellation until 14
days before arrival, 50% of the total price is due 13 days until arrival day
100% of the total price is due Subject to alteration of prices at Easter,
Christmas, New Year etc. We don´t Accept credit cards.
We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential. Please read your policy
details carefully. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover
you purchase is adequate for your particular needs. We do not check insurance
|Noise/Building and Road works|
Properties in some areas can be expected to experience noise associated with
their location (e.g. passing vehicles, passing residents, neighbouring
properties, etc). Naturally, the noise level might increase during high seasons.
We are in no way responsible for any building or road works, nor can we control
the extent or noise levels of such work. However, and if we consider the work
will have an adverse effect on your holiday, wherever possible, we will advise
you in advance of any such activity which might affect your holiday. If this is
not possible, please accept our apologies.
